This set is by far the best grinder set I have ever owned. I love that the battery and motor are on the bottom. There is much less chance of clogging, and filling from the top is much handier. The only issue I have is I have a hard time getting used to taking the cap off the bottom before I use it. Habit will soon take over. Wireless charging is easier too.

Only had a couple of weeks, but these look nice, seem solid and work well. Quality charging mechanism. Only small gripe is that it can be a bit difficult to tell when the grinders are properly aligned on the charging pad. Be nice if either the charging area was a bit deeper (better lock in the location) or there was some more visual alignment markings on the pad. Overall good value for what I paid. Very happy so far.

Loved it / Very Disappointing

My wife and got this for each other last Christmas, we loved it. Then 3 months later 1 of the 3 grinders stuck in the on position and would not shut off. According to the help online it says to remove the battery without instructions. There is no way to just open and unplug the battery. You essentially have to break in to the unit to unplug now rendering you grinder scrap. I reached out to the manufacture and tried to get this problem resolved without any luck. Continued to not return my calls, very disappointing. Now 6 months later the 2nd of 3 units did the same thing. How extremely disappointing we loved and now we are left with this was a complete waste of money.

Great grinders but the price could be lower

First off i think these are pretty expensive grinders. But the fact that these are rechargeable and given the fact you don't have to deal with changing batteries i think makes the price a little more acceptable. I bought the 3 grinder option just because i use salt a little more than pepper so two salt and one pepper grinder works great for my household. The various size options on the spice size when ground is great and the grinders run fairly quiet although the light diode at the bottom i noticed looks like an incandescent type light instead of the brighter LED which would look nicer and brighter for those that have vision problems. The charging dock is designed pretty nicely with a triangle shaped disc underneath that holds the power cord which is about 6 feet long unwrapped which is fantastic because it gives you much more space options because it can sit further away from the power outlet and still be plugged in with the ample cord length. The power cable is a USB-C braided cable which should hold up if it gets bent or kinked overtime. The unit came with a brick style USB-C charging block which i didn't like because it protrudes out from the wall and i think the manufacturer of this product at this price point should've put a flat folding charging block so the charger would be more flat to the wall and allow things to be placed in front of it if need be. Very easy to fill as all tops are a simple threaded designed that twist right off and when filled to the top is easy to put back together easily without making a mess. Each one of these grinders have 4 white light indicators right below the grind button that show you the charging level while they are charging as well and with that being said they charge to completion one at a time so if you only see one lit up charging when you plug it in don't be surprised because it's likely just charging the one lit up to completion before moving on to the next grinder and doesn't mean the unit is broken. Each dock has a hole in the center for salt & pepper to drop through with a cleanable pull out tray underneath to keep everything nice and tidy which is nice because the charging docks need to be kept clean in order for the wireless charging to work without a problem.
