Good Product.
Wow, has this beeswax coated bowl cover and bread bag got a reallygreat vintage vibe. I like them so much. They fit in beautifully with m t cozy farmhouse style decor.I have really started to get into baking lately and do not always have a clean tea towel I'm embarrassed about that because the solution is obvious.Just grab some more the next time. You're at the store, but whenever I go to the store, I never seem to think about it. With this, I'll have something in my kitchen to use. That's strictly dedicated to bread. And while I will still have to wash it, I think there's a much greater chance of it being free to use when I need it because it's not something that I would use for a great number of things if that makes sense. In addition to being adorable and handy, I really like knowing that this bag offers some protection against bacteria and other nasties that could possibly contaminate my bread. Beeswax is known for its antibacterial properties. At times when I haven't been able to spare a tea towel.I have turned plastic wrap to cover my dough. And to wrap in my bread and when it's finished. It's my least favorite method for storing my freshly baked bread. The plastic wrap will trap moisture, which will allow mold and bacteria to have a field day.. because the bread can't breathe if it's wrapped in plastic wrap, the bread will also go stale a lot more quickly.I just really like and receive peace of mind knowing that the beeswax is providing a healthier and safer environment for my bread dough, and my freshlybaked bread than other options would.iff you're looking at this and trying to decide if you should get it or not get it just go for it. You've got nothing to lose, then and your bread just might thank you with a longer life.
