This is a heavy duty commercial style blender. We used it for making margaritas, and it performed decently. The only thing is it got caught up on the ice cubes a little bit, but we were able to get it going again easily. It isn’t super noisy, and there is an outer baffle that cuts down on noise considerably. It had a slight plastic smell when we first started using it, but that went away on the second go round.

You can’t believe how excited I am to have this commercial blender.  I have bought my fair share of Wal Mart Blenders only to have them go bad after short use!  This one seems like it will last for a very long time.  It is of excellent quality and works effortlessly to crush and grind fruits and veggies.  The instructions say not to use it exclusively as an ice crusher but it does do a good job of grating ice for my morning smoothies!  The blades are so sharp and do a fantastic job!  It is a multi purpose blender and can be used for a lot of recipes!This Blender is of excellent quality.  It works as stated and is very quiet.  It has a good instruction manual that is included.  It even has a recipe book that has very good recipes.  The blender is easy to use and easy to clean.
