I love this salt cellar. It looks so elegant.
This is a beautiful 7 oz Crystal salt cellar. This salt dish has been cut beautifully and has very clean lines and no chips. The glass is high quality without flaws or even micro bubbles. It looks very classy and will be a nice addition to anyone's kitchen or dining table. It holds about 2/3 of a cup of salt with the lid closed. And this should be more than enough for most home kitchens. My larger hands and my high salt usage for baked goods and cooking me and I go through it quickly and have to refill often. But, personal usage will determine how fast you have to refill it.It's a beautiful salt dish and a great value for the price. I recommend it if you're looking for a salt cellar to keep by your stove. It could also double as a Sugar bowl for teas or coffee.
It’s a beautiful sugar bowl but it’s quite small for my need.
A delightful lead free crystal jar with lid. This was advertised as a salt cellar and would be perfect for that use and for so much more. This would make a beautiful addition to the kitchen or dining room table or placed anywhere you would like a classy little accent piece. Fill with salt, candies, mints by the entry way or in a guest bathroom. Perfect too for tiny trinkets. Personally I can see where this would be perfect at the dressing table or bathroom counter for safe keeping of that staple pair of earrings that you wear frequently, a safe spot for your delicate rings or bracelets before showering. It is both pretty and practical and being lead free, safe for food too!
This salt cellar is gorgeous and well-made. It is a heavy glass container that instantly brings style and elegance to the table, kitchen, or bathroom, wherever you choose to use it. I did put salt in mine to use as a salt cellar, but there are so many other uses that come to mind, such as holding finishing face powder, using as a sugar bowl, storing small items like bulletin pins, paper clips, rubber bands, safety pins, bobby pins, hair scrunchies, etc…. I am impressed with the quality, size, and timeless design.
Very pretty looking on the counter. I've never had one, but I'm cooking more and thought I'd give it a try. It has a good weight to it and doesn't feel fragile. The glass is nicely cut and catches the light. The lid sits well on top. This would be a great hostess gift. It's small but would be cute filled with candy like M&Ms or skittles as a teacher gift!
I love this little salt cellar. My grandmother had them, back the day, before salt shakers so it makes me feel nostalgic. I use Himalayan pink salt for cooking and this is a pretty way to display my salt on my counter top. Or, it could be used for a keepsake box or for small jewelry. This would make a lovely gift which could be used in a variety of different ways. It’s beautiful!
