A good quality pair of oven mitts and they're attractive too. They do exactly what they're supposed to do. Pay more and get a good pair to start with. Don't buy cheap oven mitts that aren't adequately insulated. You're wasting your money. Trust me, you'll just end up rebuying mitts that actually do the job. Saving money isn't worth literally getting burned either. There are some things that you just shouldn't try to buy "low bid". This is one of them.

Good gloves at an okay price. Bad packaging.

Good quality, but a little pricey. The gloves insulate against heat well. They don't flex easily so it's better to use two gloves to pick up heavier pots. You can order one glove, or the package of two. The two gloves package has one for a left hand and one for a right hand, they are not interchangeable. My only reason for not giving five stars is the packaging. The plastic tie shot through the palm of the mitts to hold the two mitts together made a hole in the silicone palm. Why not shoot it through the cloth part of the mitts instead of silicone? Doesn't Cuisinart quality control extend to packaging as well as the product?

Terrible quality

These are the worst oven mitts I've ever had. I've had them less than a year, and they have torn apart with just basic use. The outer "coating" melted onto my oven racks as I was moving them around. I am officially throwing them away today as the internal batting separated so badly that my finger became exposed and I burnt myself. I do not recommend one bit.
