I have used one of these spoons for at least a decade to spoon milk foam into a cup after steaming for espresso drinks. My wife kept snitching it and leaving it somwhere else than where I reach for it in the espresso brewing process :-) so we finally ordered another. Marital bliss returns, especially given that the reason I go through all that espresso stuff is for her morning cappucino :-) .Obviously durable, spoon size very handy for all sorts of stuff, and the handle shape is just perfect.
