Great length!

I love the quality and size of this blade!I’m going to have to take my grinder, though, and narrow up the handle—my hand is small and it is too thick to hold safely with ease. I’m sure most people are fine with it.I still like this blade and knife length enough to buy it over and over again. I have never been a fan of the larger butcher knives and except for cutting watermelon, I rarely use it. But I’m already using this one often.

Great knife

Love this knife!!! I have size 8 to 8.5 size hands and have been using using 8" chefs knifes for years. Bought the 6" version and wish I had been using the 6" all this time. Lighter, more maneuverable and better balance in the hand.

not rust proof

My only complaint is it will rust very quickly. I had it soaking in the sink for an hour while I ate and started to see rust on the spine near the tip. it did leave a couple of small pits in the rust area so not stainless steel at all.
