Great Option for Perforated Pans
I actually bought these to use for air drying Resin and Resin-Crete items that require extended dry times, but as a trained baker, I would use these in my kitchen without any concerns. With the perforations, they will allow more air circulation for an even drying/baking process. Pans arrived individually wrapped and secured together in one box. All were in perfect shape with no dents or imperfections. They are clean, the perforations even and completely punched, and there are no sharp edges on the sides and fit perfectly in my standard bakers rack. These will be perfect for my use, or for any baking application.

An actual 1/4 sheet pan!
I shouldn’t be surprised that these were actually the right dimensions for standard 1/4 sheet pan. That’s what I put in the search, but this is a rare example of a qualifying product for this search. Instead all manner of ALMOST -/4 sheet pans are typical. Good product, great value.

I like these baking sheets, but they are a pain to clean. Here are some tips that make me love them:
I like these baking sheets, but they are a pain to clean. Here are some tips that make me love them:(1) If there is something sticky on the baking sheets, sprinkle baking soda over the sticky, then drip or pour 3% hydrogen peroxide over the baking soda. A little scrubbing will remove the sticky.(2) If there is gunk on the baking sheets, soak them in a sink of warm water plus dish soap, then scrub them.(3) If the baking sheets are discolored, scrub them with a scouring pad (Scotch Brite Pad) - the green things with some water until the baking sheet looks like bare aluminum. Because this takes a lot of work, I use hook-and-loop backed scouring pads in a cordless random orbital sander. It cleans 90% of each baking sheet (not counting the edges and corners where the round pad can not reach) until it looks like new in a few seconds.
