Perfect for single loaf bakes. Works GREAT.

I have been looking for the smaller pans like this for ages and finally found these. (Usually they are much larger)I bake one loaf per week (generally) and have always found it difficult to keep the loaf enclosed when in the fridge - these pans work perfectly for this application.They are non stick, however I do butter the inside and sprinkle Samoa flour to insure non stick anyway. (habit)You will need to adjust your 1 pound recipe so that when it rises both during proof and in the oven it does not come over the top. If you get this just right you can bake it with the lid on and get a square loaf.

The loaf pan arrived quickly, good quality if I compare it to other loaf pans I bought from AliExpress, which I throw away. The bread baked well (50 minutes 190 C). I put baking paper on the grid so it wouldn't get dirty, because I greased the molds. The total amount of dough prepared for one loaf is 1.4 kg. I am satisfied with the purchase, the price is worth it.
