You need this, so worth it!

This stuff is fantastic! Non stick for baking, and it doesn't slip around on the counter. Easy to clean, spills wipe up. I appreciate that it comes in different size rolls - different lengths and widths - I can cut the size I need with minimal to no waste. Works great

I received my silicon bread sling yesterday and used it this morning for the first time. Worked like a charm. It will definitely cut down on my parchment paper use, even though I use the paper over and over until it crumbles as I try to lift my bread out of the dutch oven. Easy to use and wiped clean with warm water. Only thing I am not sure of is if I should tuck the lifting sides into the pan when I put the lid on. I let them out today but think it made lid fit differently and I lost my initial steam introduction. Still came out with a great loaf and no side pleating on bread from excess parchment around the dough. Great item at a great price, I would definitely recommend this item for bread bakers. My bread was 500 grams flour and 375 grams water with 100gms sourdough and oval shaped loaf fit perfectly on sling.

Silicone cut-to-size mat

This roll of silicone is great. I got one for Christmas (tan) for my pans and bought another (charcoal) to try on my glass-surface warming trays to help hold pans in place. I haven't tried it on the warming trays yet, but I love the tan one that I've cut to fit a pan and another to fit the tray in my air fryer. Both worked great. I rarely use a temperature above the 480 degree limit on the silicone, so that won't be a problem for me. I have plenty left of the tan roll to cut for other pans or to use for dough etc. The silicone cleans up easily by rinsing in hot water and maybe a little soap if greasy. I dry mine with a dishtowel.
