Full tang knife. Very sharp. Good feel in hand.

Nice set of 4 steak knives. I like that the knives came from the factory very well sharpened. They cut through meat quite easily. I like that these knives have a full tang and that the knife scales (handles) are riveted. The knife is well balanced and feels good in the hand. I like that the white handles are difference from the norm (we have a few sets of steak knives with brown wooden handles) so there's are a little nicer to put out when we have company. Knives are made by Gibson which is a well known, decent, brand.

Fabulous set!

I am thrilled with the edge, weight, and construction of these knives. After years of hacking away with single-edged serrated knives it is a delight to use something that works as well as these. I happened to have already planned to have steak for dinner on the day the package arrived. After cutting my meat with the new knife the old set went into the bin for the charity shop.
