This is an EXCELLENT slicing knife, makes everything seem like soft butter! The size is great for large cuts of meat, i.e. brisket, large turkeys, ribs, etc. It is even a good choice for slicing sheet cake. holds a sharp blade for along time.

The only issue is the handle grip.

Just purchased the knife. It was a good knife for the price. The only downside as a meat cutter is that the handle is small, slippery and hard to grip . So once you start cutting and your hands are wet and bloody it’s harder to hold on to the knife.

IT’s SHARP & WORTH EVERY PENNY!It’s a beautiful knife. I bought it to cut large pieces of rib eyes into 1” steaks, and just to cut meats in general. It’s very sharp. It’s long, which is super helpful with large pieces. It’s cuts easy.BEWARE: Do not wash in your dishwasher. Wash by hand, but BEWARE when doing so, I sliced my thumb while drying it with a paper towel. It’s super sharp.I highly recommend this knife. I will be buying more. The price under $40 with the coupon was a good deal, imho compared to many in the market.Buy it! Don’t waste time!!
