Even after regular use, the serrated edges are still sharp and cut cleanly through steaks and other meats without tearing. They honestly hold their own against some of the big-name brands we own, including Wüsthof.The knives feel solid and well-balanced in the hand, and the handles remain comfortable and secure even after years of use and washing.
