Made a fantastic Christmas gift for my brother and he has had a ton of fun so far learning how to use it. The handles make it easier to lift the stone, and the rocking cutter is excellent. It works as intended, and the stone is a good thickness. Its super easy to use, and the stone stays warm for quite awhile

Received my order, but it was missing the pizza cutterI contacted Cuzi Gourmet, and they sent me a whole new set!
So far, so good. There is a serious learning curve in moving the pizza onto the stone. I HIGHLY recommend first covering complely the wooden paddle the dough sets on, then liberally coating the stone with the same just before you move it.Don't push the dough onto the paddle. Do t overfill it. place a large cookie sheet on the bottom shelf.Jerk/slide the pizza in.I made all the mistakes possible, and ended up sticking then folding on itself. lots of smoke. my fault. but didn't give up. Took three times before my confidence and skill worked all outDON'T use water or oils on the stone. it will crack. Just scrape and wipe.
Great quality and wooden board can double as a cheese board if needed.
