It's fun AND useful!

I love this jar spatula! It's cute. It's fun. And, it's useful. It sure makes reaching those last bits of peanut butter much easier. And, the flexible silicone makes scraping the sides and bottom "corners" easier and much more effective than a regular butter knife. This is one of those little gadgets that really deserves a space in my tiny kitchen.

Great product/idea - wish it was a bit longer

This is just about as long as a regular knife so you will still get PB or jelly on your hand when trying to get the bottom of the jar. The good thing is that it is bendy so it will smooth across the bread a bit better. Good quality!

Really Nifty Jar Scraper

With the high price of food, we all want to get that last bit of food product out of the jar or can. Well, this jar spatula really gets that job done right.The scraper is well designed and well crafted. The Dalmatian pattern is whimsical, and the various curves and folds of the spatula make it easy to really get into the curves and spaces of the food jar to nab that last bit of peanut butter or refried beans or .... whatever. By the time I was finished, the jar looked like it had never been used -- nothing was wasted when the jar was thrown out.The ergonomics of the spatula are great -- spikes and curves and flat surfaces and a handle that is easy to use and hold onto. Since it is made with food-grade materials, you can scrape and then put the food directly into your mouth. If there was a kitchen tool you didn't know you needed to have -- well, this is it. And once you have it you'll quickly realize you went without it for far too long! The price makes it a good value; the functionality makes it a great tool.

Why did I not think of this?

Had never heard of these until recently. Wish I'd filed the patent. I love this thing for getting those last few drops of peanut butter, mayo, relish, or whatever out of the jar. Spoons and butter knives never quite do it, but this simple little tool hits all the deep corners. Can you tell I'm a penny pincher? Let's not waste a single spoonful. Expectation fulfilled!

Great at getting another serving out of a container.

This spatula is wonderful. I used to throw out whatever I couldn't get out of a jar. I'd try to turn it upside down or other ways of getting as much out as I could. Now I can just use the spatula and get about an extra tablespoon or two of honey or yogurt out of the container. It also makes washing jars in the sink easier as you don't have to rinse out as much residue. I haven't used it for pasta sauce yet but it's one of the reasons I got it. Usually a lot of extra sauce you don't normally get out. The Dalmatian design is cute and it goes along with some of our other decor in the kitchen, lady bug kitchen timer, bumble bee toothpick holder, and squirrel tail tongs.

This is a very handy tool for getting the last bits of peanut butter or mayo out of the jar. Also great for spreading onto bread or for dislodging brownies from the edge of the pan. Also, it kind of looks like a Dalmatian dog, kind of….
