My husband is the home cook but he also competes in the BBQ world. I bought him several of knives in this line. He loves them! They are high quality and cut really well. The handles are beautiful and he’s had no complaints on the grip. He gets compliments on them. Worth the money is what he says.

Absolute high quality knives. Extremely well made. I really like all the different series that are offered as well as other kitchen tools and items. They have some very unique items and one of a kind.I got some of the gladiator series for my oldest son and the show gun series for my youngest son for Christmas. I even got a couple for myself. These knives will last a lifetime and beyond if they are taken care of.I'm a very happy and will be a life long customer. Many more items I will be ordering in the future.

This is a great multi purpose knife for the field kitchen. Sharp and easy to use. Perfect for a hunting knife also.
I am reviewing specifically the Valhalla Piranha 6" grilling knife. Beautiful knife. Sharp on both sides as it appears. There IS a very slight bend in the blade, though it is still razor sharp. This is the first time I've received a knife from Dalstrong that was anything short of 5 stars (and it's my sixth one). It wasn't enough of an imperfection to return the knife, especially since i had already bonded with the knife before discovering the bend. But it was enough to lose a star. 5 stars is perfect. This is almost there, but not quite. I still love it, but the quality control engineer could do with some retraining.
