I have everyone in the kitchen asking where Chef got these! Durable, lightweight, sleeke design to create the ultimate versatility in all of the different options! Long tongs for a better reach...smaller tongs for the more intimate jobs! Always excited to perform with these tools! Best part is they clean up and sanitize really well! No rust, no scratching no chipping! High performance steele! Must have for serious plating techniques!

I was shocked at how nice these are. We use sturdy kitchen products and brands. We look for things that are easy to clean. These were recommended to not be washed in the dishwasher. I would say this is nicer than your everyday kitchen tweezers (which I would throw in the dishwasher!)! They even come in a pouch for storage. The tweezers are quite large compared to regular tweezers but definitely have a lot of uses around the kitchen. They feel sturdy and long lasting.
Pretty expensive for the quality. More of a “blunt” or squared tips make it difficult for precision plating and use. Quite stiff and seem to be made of quality metal but I would buy again.
Upfront I’ll say that I love this set. It’s great. Amazing, actually. But I also have to say that if you have any finger in your dominant hand that’s been injured or is slightly weakened by any autoimmune arthritis (like my right index finger), then these tweezers will be fairly hard to manipulate with fine-motor skill dexterity. Which after all, is the point of culinary tweezers.The Dalstrong set includes five tweezers, which give you incredible versatility for whatever culinary tasks and plating techniques you can think up. The set includes tweezers of different sizes, with 6.5-inch and 10-inch options. The offset design of 3 of the tweezers enhances precision and control during plating and handling of delicate ingredients. (Oddly enough, the long, non-offset tweezers are the ones that are easiest to handle for me.) The tweezers feature a beautiful, matte-black titanium coating, which not only adds to their aesthetic appeal but also provides durability and resistance to corrosion.These tweezers are designed for culinary use; however, they’re also versatile enough for various other kitchen tasks, either in a professional kitchen or a home kitchen. As a personal chef and one who takes photos of nearly everything he cooks, these are great tools. I got them because I need them, I love them because they're DALSTRONG! Kind of like a flex on film or in the kitchen. I'm proud to have them.They come in a convenient pouch for storage and have tip protectors included.I love them!!
You'd think the 5 piece set gets you everything, but it's missing the octagon tipped tweezer for delicate ingredients. So if you really want a full set, you'd have to buy that separately.This 5 piece set comes with 2 long tweezers meant for stovetop cooking so your hand doesn't get too close to a hot pan. The other 3 smaller ones are more for garnishing where the curved version help you lay garnishes flat on a plate easily. The leather carrying case is very useful to keep these tweezers organized, but I'd have preferred to have the octagon one too. The regular tweezers sliced through my fish I was cooking so the octagon would have been better for softer meats. You also want to be careful using this on a nonstick pan, the tweezer edges are very sharp and can scratch your nonstick coating.
