Great fryer for large parties or just those who hunger for the fried deliciousness!

This is a great fryer! We have always used stove top pots to fry our foods and can never get a consistent heat or that specific "Crisp Factor". After using this, it feels that all our fried food delights feel as if they were fried in the restaurant.We have currently used this fryer to make hot wings, spring rolls and donuts. A must have if definitely frying for a large group. With a get together and us who loves to host parties of 30 people or more, this comes in very handy.The cook time is very efficient, it can follow your normal recipe times to the second and it does not disappoint. The fryer comes with a lid that will protect from oil splashes and if anyone decides to take a peek without a knowledge of it being hot. Also a green light indicator to show the user that it is on; as well as, a heat indicator to let you know when it is at the appropriate temperature. The material thickness is well crafted and very sturdy and placed in an outer foundation to ensure proper safety.It is very easy to use, plug in both cables (if you have regular outlets, make sure you plug each heating mechanism (we have the two fryer set up) into outlets that are not on the same electrical line (use a proper extension cord that can support the gauge). The knobs make the unit simplistic. So the functionality is there to make even a novice fryer work at ease.Lastly, since these all can be separated/detached, cleaning this is very easy. The only difficult part is to clean multiple items due to oil splatter; however, it is not an issue with the amount of time being saved from cooking and more time enjoying the company of your guests.

The best fryer for the price
