I use this almost daily. So easy to use and grates my block cheese easily on top of my salad. Best hand grater, I have ever owned. It is very well made, sharp and not hard to clean. After it dries, I just snap the plastic cover back on, to protect it, till the next use.

This is a game changer for anyone who does a lot of cooking. It is sharp, zesting lemons, oranges or any other fruit takes only seconds. So easy to use and clean-up is a breeze. Perfect size for home use and works well for every fruit or vegetable I have tried.

I bought one of these to compare it to another brand’s zester/graterThis one wins based on its ability to fine-grate vegetables such as ginger - while it’s not the perfect zester, it’s a huge upgrade to my grating overall. It zests just fine, BTWI like that it has a blade guard; I like that it has a stable non-slip foot, I like that the foot lets me lay it on the table over a dish, I like that it’s easy to clean, I like that it feels good in my hand. I like that it’s SO SHARP. I like that this will let me prepare food how I want to.Four stars out of the box..the fifth will depend on longevity
