Adequate for price

It appeared decently made and sturdy but simmering liquid at medium heat for 15 minutes and the pan is already scorch marked. That suggests it may not be as great as it appears. Time will tell. A little frustrating having to assemble it myself as well.

High-Quality Stainless Steel Sauté Pan

I’m so impressed with this sauté pan! The design is a game-changer. No hidden crevices mean it’s super easy to clean, and the handle is comfortable to grip, even when the pan is full. Plus, the deep capacity is perfect for stir-fries, sauces, and big family meals without spilling over. It works on all stovetops, including induction, and can handle heat up to 650°F. I’ve noticed it even saves energy—my food cooks faster, and I use less gas/electricity! If you want a durable, versatile, and high-performing sauté pan, this one is worth it!

Hefty, heats evenly

This DELARLO 5QT Saute Pan feels hefty and well-constructed. It arrived packaged in its own dust bag, which was a nice touch. The handle comes separately and you attach it to the pot with the included wrench and nuts. I like that the handle is removable for extra cleaning if needed and that the screws don't go through to the inside of the pan, so there's no areas for food to get stuck on the pan's interior surface. The way the handle is shaped is comfortable to hold and makes it easy to lift the pan.The pan is about 3" deep, so it gives plenty of room to prepare a variety of dishes where you need more depth than a frying pan, but not as much as stock pot. It distributes heat evenly and doesn't have a hot spot in the middle which is an issue I've had with other cookware. It's also dishwasher safe, so clean up is a breeze. The lid is thinner than the rest of the pot and has less heft to it, which makes it easy to lift, but I also worry about it getting banged up during storage in my cabinet. Overall, it's a great pan that should last a long time.

Heavy duty pan

This is a heavy duty, quality made pan. The handle comes detached, but is easy to put on the pan. The lid fits perfectly.I fried whiting fish filets in my pan the first day I got it. I made sure to have the pan seasoned, and kept flipping the filets before they had a chance to stick to the bottom.I recommend this pan, as it fries food great. Good value for the money.

7qt pan is huge, especially once handle is on, but extremely well made stainless steel

I love cooking with stainless steel probably more than any other material in cookware. Unless I’m cooking eggs, when nonstick of some type is essential, I’m mostly using stainless. I’ve been a long-term customer of All-Clad, and was curious as to comparison between this and them. This is 3-ply, like most of All-Clad stainless, so I find it heats similarly. It also makes going from cooktop to oven and back super easy. There is some 5-ply stainless out there, and I have one pan that’s 5-ply, but it’s quite heavy. Almost as much as cast iron. I would definitely recommend ensuring you have space for something this big, but also a burner large enough to heat it properly and evenly. I understand that stainless steel can, under the correct technique, be nonstick, but I never think to use stainless for that. I would just pull out a nonstick pan, preferably ceramic coated of some sort. For cleaning, I’ve used Bar Keepers Friend forever on stainless, and it works great. Make a bit of a paste with it and a bit of water to scrub. Don’t use anything that can scratch. I even cook caramel in my stainless. You can fill the dirty pan with water and heat up. The hot water completely dissolves the sticky caramelized sugar. The lid fit great as well, but I do wish companies would stop putting vent holes in their lids. I know how to vent a lid if I choose to, but once the holes are in the lid, I can’t cover anything without venting. I will say almost every lid I’ve gotten in the last few years has been this way, though it’s a trait I wish would stop. This pan was perfect for frying the parts from a whole chicken without having to carefully arrange or batch fry, so for me, just that made this pan worth it. I would definitely recommend getting one!

Sticks and Burns just like all Stainless Steel Cookware!

This Skillet/Cooking Pan is just like all of the other Stainless Steel cookware I have ever used, it sticks and burns in the middle of the pan. Kinda disappointed in the performance of this Highly Touted Product! YOU Definitely have to be a Stainless Steel Cookware Lover to appreciate this product.
