We are working on replacing our toxic cookware with stainless steel cookware. This pan is a GREAT value for the quality of this tri-ply stainless steel. One needs to learn how to cook with stainless steel if they are used to non-stick cookware. This pan would be a great place to start. I wasn’t sure how I would like the quality of this brand given the price point, but it checked all the boxes of what I was looking for: tri-play, glass lids, and not super pricey.

Love this! Season & it will be almost non stick

I love this pan. I’ve read other reviews that mention stickiness but if you season the pan it becomes almost non stick!To season: put high smoke point oil (like canola) in pan and heat until oil starts to smoke then remove it from heat and let it cool. Then wash as you would any other pan.I put a pin drop of oil in it & coat the entire pan with the oil before storing. (Just a tiny tiny tiny amount of oil, so you can’t tell it’s even on the pan)It becomes almost non stick.

Seems like a good pan, except that I ordered a 9-inch pan and the box says it’s a 9-inch pan but the actual pan in 10 inches in diameter. I don’t need another 10-inch pan so I am returning it.

Warning the handle could break see photos

Handle will break. 2 for 2 on them breaking off. They give you 4 nuts to screw this on and you only need two. If you put on to tight they snap right off happened 4 times. I have never had this happen before. If I had been cooking and some hot grease was in the pan it would of went all over possibly maiming the user for life.
