There are a lot of things I love about this product… first it is true to size, I measured it made sure I got the correct dimensions, second it has stainless bottom, it does not have another metal it is one piece. 3rd imthis pan has very good handles, great grip at both ends. 4th it has a cloth bag ! Amazing it will not get scratched once you put it away in the cabinet but seriously I will always use this in my cooking. I cook a lot thats why I know if its a good quality or not.

Wow!

Got it today & tested it right out. Nice weight, perfectly sloped sides, heats very quickly but bottom is thick enough that nothing scorched. Clean up is simple, a little soap & water.Made vodka sauce. First rendered the guanciale & yes meat will stick initially in stainless steel but be patient. It releases when it’s ready, that’s when you flip/mix/stir. Added the rest of ingredients including grate parm reg & after plating the last serving threw it in sink with some warm water. Didn’t need to scrub, no barkeepers friend. I had a similar pot (Wolfgang puck) that swear would burn water on low heat. Stainless but thin crap.I bought this because I can no longer toss in a 1 handle saucier. This pot solved that issue. Thinking of getting a few more pieces. Price is great, beautiful to look at & no it’s not American made but then that is reflected in the price.

Top performan Pan

Over the years I always bought one nonstick pan for frying and the rest stainless steel for sauteing vegetables. In my 25 years of shopping stainless steel pans and woks, I would always end up with some burning and staining which needed a lot of scrubbing, even the expensive pans. Frustrated I would go back to non-stick. This is the best pan I have ever got when it comes to stainless steel pans. Beautiful design and even heating. Induction friendly. Even if there is slight burn soaking in just warm water and scrubbing the food comes off easily. I use this for frying, sauteing, and even making gravy dishes. It has become my all in one pan for my everyday cooking.

Beautiful, Very Well Made, Stainless Steel that Can be NON-STICK and a breeze to clean? Who Knew?

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this pan and I'm glad I purchased a number of this brand in styles and sizes while they were on sale. An instruction book was included in the box, so I took the time to peruse it and found it contained very detailed directions on how to clean the pan first, season it, maintain it, and more importantly, how to test the pan for proper pre-heating temp to insure that it becomes NON-STICK. I didn't believe it really would work, but I followed directions and IT DID! I sauteed mixed seasoned re hydrated mushrooms, cut up boneless skinless chicken, 4 tablespoons of minced garlic, lots of herbs and spices, and more. After dinner - a bit of soapy water and a soft non scrubby sponge for a few moments had it looking like it was just out of the box again. I rarely review, but this brand and these pans are top of the line and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting stainless steel to stay away from the toxins in non-stick cookware that is still present even though the manufacturers lied and said the PFOAS were no longer being used. I'd give it 10 stars if I could!
