Creme Brûlée Heaven and So Much More!

So, why Heaven? Well, these are sizeable containers with a capacity of 8 oz. That's a lot of creme brûlée! Yes, please!I searched for quite some time for perfectly sized containers am happy I found these. While I bought them for creme brûlée, I didn't want to have another thing in the kitchen that only serves one purpose. With the larger size, I can use them for individually sized sides like scalloped potatoes, mac and cheese, egg dishes, dips, souffles, etc. Smaller sized ramekins wouldn't be as useful as these 8 oz beauties. Love the glossy finish, and the oval shape is so classy, the best part is I can wash them in the dishwasher. Yippee!

Perfect serving size

I purchased these because I wanted to make crème brûlée. After looking at the various options, I chose this set because they looked like they would be easier to clean. These dishes didn't have fluted/ crinkled edges so I predicted baked items would slip out easier. This turned out to be TRUE and they rinse out beautifully. I have also used these perfectly sized baked dishes to make savory meat and potato dishes. They stand up well to higher heats and broiled glazes.

They were packed very well with nested padding and solid outer box. The have a lovely deep blue finish, and have held up to oven use and come out of the dishwasher in great shape.
