Outstanding quality, unique baking dishes for creative cooks
I was amazed at the quality, heft, and functionality of this 2-baking-dish set. It’s the baking dish I didn’t know I needed!While cooking bacon in this ridged baker is the obvious choice, you can also use it for baking stuffed poppers, chicken pieces, breaded chicken, meatloaf, meatballs, halved or sliced winter squash, cut potatoes, carrots, and countless other recipes where you want to avoid having the food roast sitting in a pool of liquid or grease. The ridges lift the food just enough to allow grease to run off, providing hot air circulation below. The dishes look nice enough for serving. The pan fits perfectly in my counter-top Breville smart oven.

More useful... and less useful than I thought
Having managed to get our four kids to adulthood... and all moved out, we have been struggling with cooking for two. Most of our bakeware was meant to feed a lot of hungry mouths. I saw these come available through Amazon's Vine program and ordered them as they were a bit smaller than ta lot of the baking dishes we had.I didn't fully think through what it would be like to have baking dishes with ridged bottoms when I ordered them but when they arrived and I looked at them, I realized they might not be the best options for casseroles or cakes. That said, these are awesome for proteins that you want to have the juices drained away. Their perfect hold three to four chicken breasts... a nice capacity for two people with the occasional friends or family over. They work well in that regard and clean up isn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be, especially if using some grease or pan spray before using them.We haven't used em a ton so far, but the finish is holding up well and we haven't noticed any increase in difficulty getting food out. I do wish this set had been one with a ribbed bottom and one with out, as they would be great for casserole for the two of us with a serving or two of leftovers.Overall, I really like these baking dishes... just not exactly for what I thought I'd like em for to begin with.

Set of 2 heavy ceramic baking dishes. Plenty of room to prepare a meal for the family, and attractive enough to use as a serving platter on your holiday table. Go from oven to table without having to dirty another platter. Just run it through the diswasher to clean or wash by hand, or soak a bit to soften anything baked on and then clean with minimal scrubbing. You can also cover with plastic wrap to store any leftovers. You could even prep your meal in advance on these, conveniently using them from start to finish. These are heavy duty and are made to last for many years.

Seemed great the first time I used it, and the ridges at the bottom are fantastic and easy to clean. The second time I used it at 400 degrees, it cracked in the oven. The one time the product functioned it was great, but it only functioned one time.
