I have an 8 inch skillet by Deluxe. I followed initial seasoning instructions and food has never stuck in this skillet. I have a similar skillet 10 inch by Hexclad and food sticks every time despite multiple seasoning efforts.
Best skillet ever! It's a pleasure to cook with and cleans up so easy.
Excellent but too expensive. They won’t let you return unopened boxes for a refund.

Item instructions differ significantly from Amazon website. Insert contradicts website’s sales description. Also heavier than advertised (lid adds another pound) and unwieldy for glass cooktop. Item had obviously been opened, although not used — box appears to have been slid across a dusty floor. Not dishwasher safe as implied by website—many exceptions. Exhausting cleaning and use instructions. You can’t even use a nylon scrub to clean with?! Excellent pan unstick so far. No problems washing it is a really easy clean up no matter what was cooked in the pan.
I absolutely LOVE this pan. It's large, does not stick and an overall quality pan. I never dreamed I'd pay this much for a pan, but it was well worth it.
