Great for electric stove. Good coating. Very efficient
These pot pan sets have works really well for my electric stove. I am able to cook food faster and more effectively than other pots and pans on electric stove. I have not used this in the oven so i am not sure how well it will do in an oven nor do i recommend it. The heat distribution on this is really nice to make it work wellwith electric stove tops. It heats up faster and efficiently. For the most part, this has worked for everything I need to cook. It is non stick which makes it easy to clean if you happen to use this for sauce or frying. I usually use this to make caramelize egg and pork dish with this as well as making steak and such. I also am able to do some deep fry in these as well. It is nice that you have that option though. It does come with two lids as the pots do share the same size. The lid is pretty well sealed to keep it from leaking out the side. There is a small vent on top to allow steam out. The lid is relatively durable but be careful not to apply a ton of heat to it. The handle is metal so be careful when handling this. There is not real lock for the kid so it could possibly fall off. This pot can also be sealed with the lid and placed in the fridge for later on. I would also make sure to not heat this for long periods at a high temperature as you may actually warp or damage the pot. I would also not recommend washing this in the dish washer and to let it soak to avoid needing to scrub the pot down. I am not entirely sure how well this will do in the dish washer. Overall these are a good set of pots. It works pretty well for electric stoves but be careful with the handles as they can be hot. I have not seen any issues with the coating on the inside of the pot as of yet.

Beautiful pans
I'm the family cook, and one thing I've learned is that quality cookware pays for itself. Cheap cookware warps, and if it is non-stick, the coating often peels off quickly. These pans are heavy-duty and high-quality. The three pan sizes give you everything you need. These pans are very similar to the famous ones that start with an "H."They have five layers, but I would call them tri-clad as two of the layers are non-stick. coating and the stainless ridges. However, tri-clad is plenty. Unlike cheaper pans, the aluminum core is sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel rather than being a disk on the bottom. This allows for better heat distribution and also gives the pans a sleeker look. The handles are bolted to the pans, which makes them slightly more difficult to clean around the bolts. However, this is still a better design, as pans that are spot-welded have been known to have the handles break off. No one wants that when dealing with hot grease! Are these pans truly non-stick? I don't think any of these hybrid pans are as non-stick as those that have a smooth coating. They are somewhere in between non-stick and regular. However, just a tiny bit of oil makes them non-stick, and the oil adds flavor anyway. They are expected to last longer than traditional non-stick cookware, possibly for many, many years. They say you can use metal utensils with these types of pans, but I would only do that on occasion. I may be old-school, but I want to protect my cookware, so I use only plastic, nylon, or silicone utensils in my kitchen when using hybrid cookware.I have an induction stove, and these pans do work on it.These pans are similar in quality to the "H" brand and also to the famous cladded pans. The three-size set is perfect for anything from cooking for a family to making a grilled cheese for one. They are built to last. Very nice!

Phenomenal Pans, More than Impressed with the Design, I'm a Believer! Passed the Egg Test!
I've always been a bit skeptical about the hybrid-style pans to be honest, but this set completely won me over. The combination of the raised stainless steel texture and nonstick layer gives you the best of both worlds. Excellent searing like traditional stainless cookware, paired with the easy cleanup and nonstick benefits of ceramic. The pans have a substantial, well-balanced feel, and the three sizes cover just about every stovetop need. I put them to the ultimate test with a "simple" sunny-side-up egg, using just the lightest bit of butter. You preheat the pan, then drop it to medium/medium low, and cook an egg untouched on it for 2.5 minutes. The result was perfect, no sticking, no scorching, egg was beautiful, and slid easily around the pan. Exactly what I was hoping for. They heat quickly and evenly, and the surface really does promote that natural food release once things are properly seared, so try not to scrape too early, or you could end up with bits stuck on the pan. It basically tells you when the food's ready to move. The handles stay cool, feel sturdy, and are comfortable to grip, and the included glass lids for the medium and large pans were a welcome bonus. While the set claims to be metal utensil safe, I’d still avoid them just to preserve the surface and finish long-term, but you can definitely use them in a pinch without worry. Also a big plus that they're oven safe, adding even more to the versatility. Sincerely may be my new favorite everyday pans. Price may seem a little high, but I truly think they are worth it. These and my cast iron (because I'm never giving that up) are all you need for pretty much everything! All in all, they're versatile, well-designed, and I'm officially converted. Highly recommended!
