This is the second pan I’ve got from this brand and they are both outstanding. The handle seriously does not get hot at all even if you are boiling. It is a nice large size and holds a lot of food. Great size and versatile, but eggs tend to stick
This 12-inch hybrid ceramic wok is a nice addition to the kitchen. The size is generous, and even though it’s a wok, I’ve used it for all kinds of meals beyond stir-fries. Excellent Wok To Cook With!
I wanted to try cooking with a wok at home without fighting stuck food, and this one’s been awesome. It heats up fast, cooks evenly, and the nonstick is legit - I’ve been doing stir fry and fried rice with just a little oil and it releases easy. The handle stays comfortable to grab, and it feels well made (not flimsy or light). I had a buddy over who uses a similar wok a lot, and he said he honestly couldn’t taste any difference in the food - which is a pretty good sign I’m not just “making it work” at home.
