This works amazingly well. It is razor-sharp so much so that while cleaning the blade, I accidentally cut off the top of my fingerprint ridges. Yowtch!I also found it works great for slicing homemade bread. Even without the serrated edge, it cuts through the bread and barely leaves any crumbs behind.I loved it so much. I bought a second one for my son.

I've used 10 different ceramic knives - I tend to chip them ! This one fits my large hand paerfectly, and because I use the "pinch" holding technique, the extra wide blade is wonderful.I'll buy this again!

If it weren't for how cheap this thing was, I'd return it. The handle is complete CRAP! Looks like it's made from recycled milk crates or something. Easily the worst knife I've ever held in my hands. When it comes to ceramic knives, stick to Kyocera, there's a reason they're 6x the price of this joke of a knife. It's not even sharp!
I love this. It's extremely sharp, but the tall blade means I can brace my knuckles high and well away from the cutting edge. The white ceramic blade makes it easy to clean as well as see any stains or food left on the blade. This is not made of metal (I checked with a magnet) and is very lightweight. The included sheath also protects the blade so you can transport it or store it in a drawer.
