This simple tool deserves space in your kitchen without question due to its wonderful utility! It is multi-purpose / multi-functional (e.g., gathers up just combined doughs; scrapes up/loosens dough crumbling dough bits; perfect portioning aid of pre-baked items; cuts shortbread and other baked goods into individual portions cleanly and efficiently after they are baked; scrapes up finely diced and chopped ingredients from a cutting board to transfer to another vessel; makes it easy to corral errant nuts, spices, chocolate etc. that have popped off the cutting board when being a chopped). I recommend as a non-edible kitchen staple.
