First Dexter-Russell kitchen tool and LOVE the brand!!

I wanted a scraper for cooking (and cutting) philly cheese steak meat on the griddle/skillet. This scraper is PERFECT for that -- solid and won't bend with a sharp cutting edge. Of course, I've also used it as a scraper and it does a wonderful job at that too. This is my first Dexter-Russell kitchen tool and I absolutely love the quality and feel of this scraper. The biggest downside is that it is pricey.After purchasing this scraper, I needed to replace my 4" pizza cutter and was torn between the Dexter-Russell brand cutter and a similar designed cutter at half the price. I went with the cheaper one and after receiving it, I wish I would've just gotten the DR brand cutter. There were QC and design issues with cheaper one. The point being is if you want a good quality kitchen tool go with the Dexter-Russell one. Lesson learned.
