Great silicone cookware, lifetime warranty and a customer service team that's fast and responsive.
These spatulas are awesome and the Di Oro customer service is some of the best - beating out numerous customer service teams of way more expensive items. 5/6 spatulas still work as well as the day I received them and they've never scratched up any of my ceramic, cast iron, or stainless steel pans. The silicone seems pretty high quality and the food doesn't stick to it so these quickly became my favorite every day cookware. What happened to the last one? The 6th spatula broke and was quickly replaced. 5 stars for a good product and amazing customer service that stood behind the warranty. More details below for those of you that care to read about this.I was skeptical that anything would happen when I went to make a warranty claim through Amazon and was redirected to the Di Oro site which had what looked like a black hole form (one where you fill it out and it goes into a black hole, never to be seen by anyone). I was surprised to get a real response back a few hours after submitting the form. They requested pics of the damage and my receipt. I sent this the same day and got a response that my claim was approved and that they'd get me a replacement within two weeks.On monday the following week, I got an automated email with shipping info and the item arrived on Wednesday as predicted. All in all, it was 1 week from submitting the claim until I received my replacement. For comparison, other well known retailers with lifetime warranties on gear costing hundreds of dollars usually take 2-4 weeks in my experience. So their 1 week turnaround was a welcome surprise.For anyone looking for well made cookware with a great warranty (the company sent the replacement via Amazon so it was easy to track), don't hesitate to buy this.
