Love everything about this pan.
These are a great quality. They heat and cook evenly. The size is comfortable to use and to store. The weight is just right. I can use it for frying, sautéing or stewing things particularly Asian food so they are just good for all-around use.. It does not include a cover, so I had to purchase that separately. That's probably the downside. Worth the investment. They are also easy to clean, as they wipe off easily. Food also don't tend to harden and burn into the base because it has a good coating. LOVE IT. Did I mention the colors are beautiful (one side is a coppering orange, and the other side has a deep eggplant purple-y sheen.

Lightest Wok
We bought one a year ago go. This is our second one. I bought this for my mother in law. She has arthritis and a bad shoulder. She loves to cook and constantly looking for the lightest non stick wok. I figure I help her search and found this wok. It is the lightest wok compared to great wall of wok she has piled up in the garage. Even though it is the lightest wok we have found, it also easy to scratch. Must use heat resistant silicon spatula. Am not comfortable yet with silicon spatula so we use a bamboo spatula. The wok last about a year with bamboo spatula. I think its worth it and will continue to buy this every year on black friday. My 65 year old mother in law would recommend this to anyone looking for a light weight wok. I would recommend it if you dont want to cook and want your in law to do it. Super light weight and easy to use. Best investment ever. For now I do not have to cook......

At first.\n I was a little skeptical. The box was so incredibly light. I thought they made a mistake. I've used it 5 times is absolutely amazing. Proper care, wiping it immediately after..... it is working perfectly and it is so light and easy to handle i am about to disadvantage of using a walk on an induction burner.Of course , all the companies say their walks work I've gone through 3.This one is amazing.The spreading of the heat to the sides is incredible
