Very precise and very accurate scale

This scale has very high precision down to 0.1g, and it measures accurately as compared with my existing scales.While it is advertised for use in the kitchen I think it is more geared towards measuring precious metals, gemstones, or medicine given the units it is capable of measuring:g: Gramsct: Caratsdwt: Pennyweightozt: Troy ouncesoz: Ouncesgn: Grains (for weighing gunpowder or medicine)Also a really neat feature that this scale includes is to measure the "pieces" (i.e. count) of a uniform item. For example if you place 25 screws on it and tell it that there are 25 screws, you can then place any amount of the item on there and it will tell you how many are there. I tested this function with a deck of playing cards. It requires a multiple of 25 (25,50,75, or 100) for the initial calibration, so I placed 25 on there. After it calibrated, I took all the cards off and placed them back on 1 at a time. The scale correctly displayed the number of playing cards each time I added one on.I HIGHLY recommend this scale if you need to do very precise and accurate measurements.

Accurate pocket scale

This is a nice little scale to have on hand. Coming in a bit smaller than a paperback book & powered by 2 AAA batteries, this scale is an especially nice option for those that need a portable scale outside of the workplace/home.Right out of the box, I tested it with 1 gram & 100 gram weights & it was spot on without the need for calibration. It does have the ability the recalibrate if need be though, which is nice & not often an option found on budget scales.All in all, it’s a nice accurate scale & at $17.99 (at the time or writing this) you’re getting a great deal. Highly recommended!
