I Prefer These to All Other Forks that I've owned!

I'm so happy about these dinner forks! For years I've had some favorite spoons which have long handles like these. I don't know that I've ever seen them anywhere. But then again, I don't typically go shopping for silverware.Lately I've noticed that we're kind of in need of some forks and spoons. When I saw these I jumped on the chance to review them. I love that they are longer handled than the average fork. And they are the perfect weight. I just really love everything about these forks, as strange as that sounds! I have some health challenges and tend to like lighter weight dishware and silverware, and these are perfect. And while these are a more petite style of fork, they are most certainly a quality utensil.They're also very shiny and have a perfect weight. They're not too light, so as to feel like a plastic spoon, but they're not so heavy that they're burdensome! They're a high quality fork. I can tell that I'm feeling the substance of a classy dinner spoon, but again, it's really enjoyable to hold because of its graceful and elegant shape. These would make a wonderful addition to your kitchen or a wonderful housewarming gift for a friend or a child going off to college.Oh, and I tend to be allergic to metals, But I can touch these and I'm not allergic to them at all. I eat with them all the time now! 🙂

Simple design and good quality flatware

I’m impressed with this set of forks because they do look just like they do in the listing first of all. I’ve had issues with that not being the case on Amazon before with flatware. Second, these forks are long—longer than my dinner which makes them perfect for dipping. I’ve also used them for self-serving buffet-style cold cuts, cheese, pickles and olives. The extra length makes it easy to keep them separate from the forks for eating—no one accidentally walked away with a serving fork last time we entertained!They’re sturdy, don’t bend, they’re comfortable to hold, and the price is great for the quality and quantity.

Decent forks but a little flimsy for me

These dinner forks look sleek and modern, and for the price, I wasn’t expecting anything high-end. (I grabbed them along with a larger set from another brand as backup forks since forks seem to always magically disappear). However, after using them for a bit, I noticed a few things worth mentioning. The metal itself feels somewhat flimsy, and the tongs bend pretty easily - even when I’m just twirling pasta or cutting into something soft. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it does make them feel less durable than I’d hoped.Another thing I wasn’t expecting is how long the handles are. At first, I thought it was a nice design choice, but in everyday use the extra length actually feels a bit awkward. They’re not too light or too heavy- and they appear ti be one solid piece of stainless steel. But they don’t balance naturally in the hand, and they’re slightly harder to control compared to a standard fork.That said, they do have a clean, polished look and they’re perfectly fine for quick meals or as a backup set. If you just need something inexpensive and functional, they’ll get the job done. But if you’re looking for something sturdier and more substantial, these might fall a little short.
