Excellent customer service!The set is very nice, looks beautiful and seems durable. They stack very nicely. They were packed very well upon arrival. We did have one broken bowl and a large plate with a defect. Emailed the company with pictures. They got back to me within 24 hours and are sending replacements plus extra!
Everything was perfect, I loved them, they're truly beautiful and good quality. I only received one broken bowl. I contacted them and they responded immediately, saying they would replace four bowls. Excellent service. 🩷
This set is absolutely as gorgeous as you think it will be, looks just like the pictures. Beautiful finish, very hefty, stack well, easy to wash. One of my bowls broke in shipping, but everything else came perfect. No chips or scratches anywhere, not even on the bowl the one that shattered was wrapped with. Inside the box is a little card with instructions in case anything breaks, so I contacted their service team via the email on the card. They were super friendly and there is already a new set of bowls on their way to me. 😊 Totally painless and I'm so excited to have this set!
I still gave it 3 stars because the dishes that weren’t broken were actually very nice!The saddest part is I can’t even send the set back because I just moved in to our house and absolutely need dishes. I wish I could just get a replacement for the 2 bowls that were broken.Update!!!There was no way to contact the seller, but I left feedback for the seller and they responded with an email right away! They requested my address and sent me replacement bowls packaged very safely! Only 2 bowls were broken, but they sent me 4 replacement bowls. I think they more than made up for the inconvenience of the 2 bowls being broken! Very pleased with this seller and the interaction. Also the quality of the dishes is fantastic!
Really love the style of this set, but they do break very easily.
I love this set! It's so cute, the color is perfect, and they're very durable! The only thing I don't love is that they don't stack perfectly, but it doesn't really bother me. I've been using these for about 6 months now and they have a few scratches, but very minimal and they were likely my fault. Great value for the price!
These guys are amazing. We ordered this set and one of the bowls came chipped. We noticed that in the box they had a card that mentioned if anything was broken to email them. So we did and with in about 2 hrs got a response back. They were super supportive and sent us a replacement. It was quick and painless. Not what we expected. These plates are beautiful and have some good heft to them. We love the color and finish. I would buy these again in a heart beat.
