Pot set came in a very timely manner. I’ve been using them now for almost a month and they are perfect and super easy to clean. That was my main objective. Helps save time and would purchase more.
The smaller pan sticks a little for fried eggs but it’s manageable.
First of all these are really pretty. Loved cooking with them. Nothing stuck to the pans. Able to cook my sauce and meatballs in the large one no problem
I have a few induction-able pans and a single burner portable induction unit, so I had to add to my collection with these. I considered getting an induction range, but at the time, they didn’t have the other features I needed. By the way, if you are questioning if your pans are induction capable, see if a magnet sticks to the bottom. If it does, you can use them on an induction burner. I have a few that are not and are mixed in with the others and they don’t always label them, so I check before I use them. The nice thing about induction-able pans is that they can also be used on other cooktops, electric or gas. As I have a smooth top electric range, these are also perfect for that.Pans are a nice color blue, but that was not the selling point. The size of both pans are perfect for our needs. The big covered pan can be used for frying, sauteing or braising and stewing. The smaller one is perfect to pan fry many things. The ad does not say anything about using these in the oven. However since they reference deep frying, oven use should not be an issue. Since the cover edge is silicone it should also be fine too.I’ve used the big one on a single burner induction unit which had a 8 inch size induction unit and given the size of the pan, the outside edges were not as hot as the inside. I cooked bacon and scrambled eggs and it was evident on both. That is a common problem with big pans. Looking it up, most of your induction units that are not commercial, top out at 8 or 9 inches, including ones in ranges. My conventional glass top electric has a 12 electrical element that would have less of an issue with the big pan.I’ve used the small pan on the conventional electric glass burner, with bacon as well. Both clean up great. Neither stuck and since all my utensils are silicone, I don’t have to worry about scraping the coating.I find it interesting that the new non-stick has a super rough surface, but things glide right off. My scrambled eggs didn’t need anything to help them slip right out of the pan
This set of pots/pans is a good starter set for anyone who doesn't have the basics or is looking to start fresh. My nonstick pans were showing their age so I switched a few of them out for these. I've been pretty happy with them. I've had better nonstick pans, but these are pretty good quality and priced appropriately. They take a little longer to heat up (electric stove) than my other pans, but it's only noticeable if I'm in a hurry. I like the color. I also appreciate that a couple of lids came with the set as I tend to occasionally break those. 4 stars
I requested from the DishDelight Store, Pots and Pans Set Nonstick, Nonstick Frying Pan, 8,10 Inch Large Skillet Pan Set, 2Qt, 5Qt Non Stick Ceramic Saute Pan with Lids, Induction Cookware Set, Added Plasma Diamond, Blue.I have been using these for a few days now. I gotta say. ...these are really really good. I have not ever heard of plasma diamond technology for non stick. But it works. Extremely well. These were perfect timing as I have been wanting a replacement of pots and pans for use in my 5th wheel RV. The cooking heat source is on a propane stove. These replace exactly what I had, no more no less as far what I had for cookware. These come as affordability, and without breaking the wallet. These pots and pans feature sturdy and durable construction. Great non-stick cooking making Clean up fast, efficient, and simple. I tried cooking eggs without oil/spray (Pam). Eggs released nicely and without sticking. I also cooked Birds Eye Voila! Alfredo Chicken Skilllet Meals. There too. My experience was easy fast cooking and resulting in a simple and fast cleanup. The size of these pots and pans fit perfect on my stove and storage cabinet. Stackability is not really a topic worth discussing, as pots are not really that to stack evenly or equally. But it is possible to stack the some limited capacity. The coated surface of the pots and pans appears as black with white speckles, providing some light texture, all the while remaining as no-stick.I am liking the blue color of the color ofThe exterior of the pots and pans, and proves to be a perfect match to my RVs kitchen color decor.Overall, a perfect and welcomed replacement/addition. A great cooking set for the second home/RV or starter.Would be a very nice affordable Christmas Gift.
I have never owned a set of non stick pans, my parents owned a set and I found the old Teflon scratched and just was useless, in my opinion, so I was skeptical on this but these have turned out to be my favorite pans. I actually made an omelet and it didn't turn into scrambled eggs with filler. Meat browns in it, bacon gets crispy, and the pan cooked evenly. The color, its a different color blue than I'm used to but a very nice shade. the inside of the pan is rough and pebbly but not a problem when cooking like I thought it would be. The handles are a plus, they're thick enough so you can get a good grip on it even with pot holders. I never noticed the handle getting hot but it may. These aren't going to fit in my countertop dishwasher and I wouldn't try it anyway so I don't know if they're dishwasher safe. The small pan will probably fit 4 eggs, it's perfect for a single person. The bigger pan I haven't used yet but I've only had them a couple of weeks. I bought a wooden spoon set for cooking and they work real well at not scratching up the interior. I Still wouldn't use metal in it. Good set of pans for the money.
