Great at keeping hot items hot!
This is not a big brand name cup, but it is also not priced like one, which is fine by me! If your family is like mine and goes through tumblers almost as fast as Dixie Cups, you need an affordable cup that does the job.Overall, this line does that. I ordered multiple sizes and colors (and tested them all) so that everyone would have the style they wanted/needed, and they would all look nice and match on my open shelving. I also like that they offer most of their styles in a bulk-order quantity, I'll remember that for the holidays!Here is my review of this specific tumbler, but if you're looking at other styles/sizes from them, you might also see my other reviews which are specific to that model and color:- Size: I prefer this for hot beverages, as I drink cold beverages at larger sizes. It will hold a soda can with some ice, but not much ice.- Color: They call it "mint" but I think it's more of a light teal. It's prettier in person than in the photos.- Hot Beverages: Excellent job keeping my tea hot for hours.- Cold Beverages: I like my cold beverages icy cold, and because of the size, you can't put a lot of ice in this. If you just like normal cold, it's probably fine.Overall: Definitely would get this again, but for my use, only for hot beverages. My family did try it for cold (they like it "from the fridge cold" without ice) and said it lasted long enough to finish the beverage

Great Tumbler; easy to handle
This tumbler is perfect for everyday use, and at two-thirds less than the cost of the 'big brand name'. What I really, really like is that it is more slender and easier for my hands to grip... I think it's ideal for kids, women & anyone who has smaller hands. In the photo I show it in between two Yetis, and you can see how it is more slender (and taller). It keeps drinks cold, not quite as long as my name brand does but I've had mine sitting on the counter in 79F heat for 3+ hours now, no lid on it, and no ice has melted, at all.For $10.00 you can't beat this deal!I don't use straws and I don't use these for hot drinks, but I'm sure they'll stay plenty hot for a while.The base is actually as big, if not a fraction bigger than my red 20 oz Yeti, but it doesn't flare outward and it fits in my cup holder. The lid isn't magnetic, but it snaps shut just fine. The gasket around the lid comes off very easily - with more use I'll see if that becomes a problem. But again, for $10 it's hard to beat.I wish the manufacturer would be more clear about washing it. In the description it says 'Hand Wash, Dishwasher Safe', so no idea if it's dishwasher safe or not. I don't know why it wouldn't be, but I'll be handwashing mine. If you have large hands that can't fit inside, you may want a bottle brush for cleaning. My hand just barely fits inside to wash it; I'd say I have average med/large (women's) hands - I wear a large in most medical gloves, if that helps.

What came was not what the listing showed
The actual tumblers I received didn't have straws, or a straw cleaning brush like in the listing. They also weren't all black. The black only came up to about 1/4" from the top of the tumbler with a silver band around the top. I had to return these as they were intended to match another set I already had.

Doesn't Insulate Long
With this being a 20-ounce tumbler, you wouldn't think that it wouldn't take much time to finish a beverage. I'm not sure if it's the material or the vacuum. It does work well, if you don't need ice all day. Liquids stay cool for a long time.
