My old silicone spoon got old and started to break apart, so I bought these. They are great because they are one continuous silicone spoon, no chance for food particles to get stuck anywhere on them. Highly recommend, and great size, strong enough to stir heavy liquids.
These silicone cooking utensils are brilliant. They also easily pass the egg test. Eggs don't stick to the spatula! I don't even really need my rubber spatula anymore as both of these do the same thing. These have made cooking so much easier.

I sought out a nice baking spoon to use for making treats for the holidays. This spoon is okay for mixing light dishes but not for mixing batter for cakes and cookies. I gave this spoon 3 stars due to the fact it is not sturdy enough to use for my holiday baking. I would highly recommend this for tossing salads and for side dishes that do not require a heavy working spoon.
