EXCELLENT! Works well, EASY TO CLEAN!

LOVE this tool!! I wish I would have taken a video yesterday when I was making my sourdough bread. I have always used a regular whisk, and hated when it came time to clean them. I did consider getting the more common, traditional danish whisk, but it looked like it would have the same cleaning issue because the "wire" crosses over itself in the curly parts, and I didn't want to try to clean the dough between those points any more than I already did...and then I found this one! NO overlaps, just a good edge and curl to it, and it really DOES make a difference when you are working your starter and liquids together--it "cuts" my thicker starter and really helps integrate it all much quicker. I love it!! Highly recommend!! It feels like a very good quality tool that will last though a LOT of sourdough loaves. I would buy this again and recommend it!

Great tool for mixing dough easily

This dough whisk is surprisingly useful. It mixes thick dough much easier than a regular spoon, and the handle feels sturdy and comfortable to hold. I also like that it’s simple to clean—nothing gets stuck like with a traditional whisk. A great little tool to have if you bake often.

If you bake, you'll appreciate this tool

I love this thing! I bought it about a month ago and used it to make pizza dough recently. It is so easy to use and clean (afterwards). It makes it very easy to scrape the sides of the bowl and bring all the ingredients together. It works well because everything flows between the spiral loops. While my pizza was cooking, I left the dough whisk in the sink water for a few minutes and it washed up so easily. I'll never use a regular whisk for mixing again!! This has better mixing ability and is not such a pain to clean!! It was less than $8. Includes a durable perfectly sized wooden hande. The dough whisk is stainless steel. I'm going to use it for my biscuits next. Apparently it is also good for cake batter and mixing other pastry or baked goods. It has a good weight and the length is 9 inches. Highly recommend.
