My husband actually purchased this item. He makes the BEST banana brownies! Although, it’s more like banana bread in a cookie sheet. So, so delicious! He wanted his OWN jelly roll pan. They bake perfectly, no sticking and clean up is a breeze!

I bought a few pieces of Doughmakers Aluminum cookware. Arrived yesterday and appear quality made and I like supporting a small company. That said, a few things bear mentioning:- The glue holding down the label is beyond stupid difficult to remove. Who made decision to use semi-permanent glue when other options are easily available. I ended up using a plastic razor blade scraper and Goof Off solvent plus many clean paper towels to remove all residue. Frustrating waste of time.Disclaimers on back of label:- Do not use above 428 degrees-- so no broiling.- Do not use non-stick sprays. Leaves permanent brown stain residue. Solid shortening OK and probably butter OK.- No dishwasher. Hand wash. Risk of aluminum oxidizing over time I assume.-No acidic foods (tomato, citrus, etc). Reacts with aluminum.None of these are deal killers for me but be aware of limitations. Most products today come with labels and warnings written by attorneys to disclaim all imaginable liabilities. I look forward to using these baking products a long time despite these limitations of aluminum cookware. Tired of heavy, rusting steel baking sheets and pans. We'll see how they perform over time.

Doughmakers are the best for aluminum pans. They bake evenly, are easy to clean, and look very nice. 1 thing - do not put in dishwasher as the discolor and get damaged in there.
