LOVE these little molds!

These molds are the best thing ever! I just love them! I was making some ravioli today and had some leftover filling, so I decided to try the smallest mold in this set. I rolled out my dough, used the smallest circle cutter, filled them (added water around the rim to seal), pressed and TADA! Perfect little dumpling! I can't wait to try these with other fillings and doughs. They're so easy to use and I had perfect results each time. I cannot complain at all! I'm pleasantly surprised by these molds since I haven't used anything like this before. If you're new to pasta or dumpling-making, definitely think about these if you want to make empanadas, dumplings, ravioli, pierogies, etc. I added pictures of my dumplings with the small mold but also included a photo that shows the size of the other 2 molds, for comparison. I think the larger mold would be perfect for empanadas or pierogies.

Handy for American, Mexican, Chinese, etc. food prep

Makes filled dumplings/tarts so easy to create. This set has a pocket for the crust to fit in and makes filling less likely to seep out. Also includes, very nice, correct size cutters for the crust. The only slight negative I find are the "teeth" that crimps the dough could be larger to better accommodate thicker crust. Interesting: every country has special filled dumplings/tarts of some sort in their menus. Very useful and fun.
