Simplest, fastest and best way to make stuffed dumplings (pierogies).
These worked great. I’ve made pierogi for years using a pastry cutter, cupping the dough in my palm then folding it over and crimping the edge. Worked but I never mastered making them look professional until I got this. Now they look as good as they taste. Hint. Use the larger pastry cutter 4” with the medium mold that’s 3”. The excess dough easily separates from the mold and I simply re-roll the scraps with more dough. Much faster too.
