Bought this for my niece for Christmas and she is in love with it. So far, she has tested and it does hold up to keeping this very hot or cold for many hours. It's a nice travel mug and it's spillproof. The section for the straw was engineered to keep liquids in.
This tumbler really keeps things cold. I think the decor is really cute. I got it on sale so that was a plus.

Nice quality vivid colors
I love this product. It has a much larger capacity than many other tumblers and is lighter as well. I also like that there is a silicone opening for the straw as well as an opening for drinking. However, this is my major gripe and I can't believe that no one else mentioned what I am about to say in their reviews.When I went to open the drinking flap at the top, I felt like I was arm wrestling a weight lifter. It would not open. I figured that I just wasn't getting enough leverage and was starting to try and pry it open with bottle openers, blunt knives, etc. Nothing would budge it. So, I figured that I was missing some sort of locking mechanism- many tumblers have one. I could not find one. So, I figured that some glue had inadvertently sealed it shut and I requested a replacement. When I got that one, I noticed the same problem. This made me suspicious - how could I get so unlucky as to get two products that had the same issue? So, I fought with it a little more. Nothing. I had checked the box several times looking for some type of instruction that might solve this riddle.....nothing. Eventually, I held it under some bright lights and spied a miniscule image of a lock (black on black) that had an arrow next to it. My hunch was correct - there must be some sort of way to unlock this cap. So, I tried fiddling around with it and in a few minutes of further frustration, it easily slid open and consequently, I was able to open the cap.This experience severely angered me. I wasted much time and effort trying to deduce what was going on. I don't think it would have hurt to put a small slip of paper into the box explaining how to unlock it. Or, a suitable alternative could have been to either enlarge the icons on the spout or paint them white so they could be easily seen with the naked eye. I don't consider myself dim witted. And, I would imagine that I can't be the only one that had this problem.I nearly rated this product one star because of this ridiculous experience, but once I got past it, it really is a nice item. My biggest suggestion is to do something to solve this situation. It will lead to many more happy customers!
