These are great little skillet. I made the mistake of letting them sit in the sink overnight. I had a heck a time getting the surface back to cooking grade. The surface did come back. Cast iron needs to be cleaned immediately and dried.😉
This is a very well constructed hot plate for Service for your guests. It could be used for fajitas or medium size steaks. I was trying to put a large porterhouse on it, but it didn’t fit so I had to cut the porterhouse. It comes with a hot mint, which I think is quite cute And I think it’s well constructed and has good value. It’s a great way to serve sizzling beef to your guests in a safe impressive manner.
This was one of those impulse buys, but I am so happy we took the leap! We use these things for more than just fajitas! There are so many uses, seriously! I love that it keeps the food hot for much longer than a regular plate. And the fact that the set came with two was the cherry on top. Really great quality cast iron!
I can’t wait to have the review for this.Perfect size for steak and egg .Size was small than I thought. Using that to cooked my steak even better than I used the pan. Keeps hot.And when I hold it feels value because it is cast iron .
To small and rusted out a week later even after washing.
