Perfect size & no stick!
This pan is the perfect size for making eggs for English muffin sandwiches. You could also use it for pancakes. Eggs pop right out. It also came with 2 silicone utensils. I suppose you could put this in the oven for cupcakes if you took the handle off. I would not go over 350 degrees tho’. Love this pan & no small grooves you have to clean.

Nice little pan. A little strange
Okay, this is a nice pan. It is convenient and it doesn't have a cancer-causing non-stick coating. But the pan itself where you would put the eggs are fairly deep and hard to get the eggs out of really difficult to flip them over. The larger portion part of the pan is great for omelets bacon. Other stuff you want to cook so it does have its place. I think it would be better for pancakes or omelets things like that. That's why I gave it four stars. When we tried to put Sunnyside up eggs into the small pockets they were really difficult to flip and of course they broke

It started to peel…
Worked good for egg muffins but wish it had a cover to cook them faster on top. The pan is square and can’t be covered by any round lid. I enjoyed using it but had to flip the muffins onto another flat pan to cook the top. I also noticed some peeling on the edges and back side of pan after first use.
