Got this so I could make onsen tamago, soft runny eggs. I've used it about 10 times now and the eggs come out great! Easy to use, good deal, looks cute. Highly recommended.
This is a great little egg cooker! Makes perfect ramen and soft boiled eggs! It’s cute and easy to use.Only reason I took away a star is due to the power cord plug sticking out from the back in a way that does not allow for the device to take up minimal space. That’s it! This thing is excellent!!!
It’s gross. The eggs must be tiny bird eggs in the country of origin of this cooker. I put it on soft boiled and threw all 4 eggs away AFTER cooking the eggs for 2 cycles on soft boiled. Threw 2 eggs out after the first round: the egg was uncooked runny with streaks of cooked pouring out the cracked shell. So I ran the remaining 2 again same cycle and the only difference after a second time cooking was some of the white was stuck to the shell but otherwise it was NOT a soft boiled egg generally known if you live and grew up in the USA or Europe or Africa or many other countries/continents like Australia.
Oh my goodness I love this egg cooker! My eggs cooked perfectly what I want to be. I don’t need to worry about to overcook it. Now I have my soft eggs everyday, thanks seller and Amazon!❤️❤️👍🏽
I was hesitant to purchase since it only had 4 stars. I started reading through and the reviews with lower stars seemed to complain of things I just didn’t care about or expect from this product.Now after using it, it’s amazing! It cooks eggs more like if you were actually cooking with a pan of boiling water versus other electric cookers that use just a bit of water and steam to cook.I now prefer this over those other ones.It also stays fairly clean while other electric cookers have a residue after each use. But this doesn’t require you to pierce the egg, while other cookers do.I’m absolutely obsessed. I get perfect eggs every time.
It works to make onsen. Easy to prepare and small to keep in kitchen rack. I tried several times soft and hard boildes and in both cases it was hard to peal eggshell even eggs in water with ice cubes just after coocked.
