So far so good. Quick assembly required. It is certainly a cheap pan so know that going in but it works perfectly. The circles are exactly the right size for a large egg and the flat chicken sausage patties from al fresca which, coupled with standard grocery store english muffins makes a perfect breakfast sandwich quick and easy. You can also use a little pancake batter to make a pancake buns sandwich instead.
Really great for creating more balanced meals. Looking at the pockets, you want to fill them with a vegetable or two, a meat or fish type dish, maybe some potato slices. But the best part is portion control. If you fill three pockets, it's a light meal for the average woman. If you fill all four pockets, it's a solid meal. And clean up is easy, one pan, swishes clean, put it away. This pan has really encouraged me to eat more balanced meals and mind my portion control. Good purchase. I'm buying one for a woman friend who I think would really like this, too.
We love this purchase! Makes great eggs over-easy and sandwich size with little to no attention to produce perfect eggs! Non stick, a breeze to clean up.Update 6 months later: This is my favorite purchase of 2025! I use it at least weekly if not more, and it still cleans up easier than any other pan I own including silicone. Works on my induction stove. Even has the perfect strong thin edging around it for cracking eggs on. They thought of everything with this pan. I’m buying another just in case anything ever happens to this one. I don’t know what I’d do without it now.
Easy to use and clean. I gave it 4 stars because after just the third use, the small piece that indicates when the pan is fully heated started falling off. Other than that, it performs well.

Really not stick. I love it for one, two or more eggs. Even mini omelets.
It’s nice but none stick doesn’t work well at all unless you use a lot of oil.
