I have never had a deep fryer so after searching and reading many I decided to invest in this one, I made a fine decision. The fryer was easy for my husband to put together I saw him do it. It came with a manual with instruction of putting it together and what to do and not to do, but it lacks basic direction for cooking different items, and I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to get one sent to me and who to talk to. I need one it did not come in the package. The machine very sturdy in built, easy to fill with oil and fried chicken very well my chicken came out highly golden and done the timer work well I was frying thighs and wings and drumstick, after searching online and other different fryers I found out the amount of time for each. For easter my fry chicken was a hit with everyone. My husband cleaned the machine this morning and it seems very easy. It was hard to put back in the box, so we decided to store it in the basement with other pots I have. With all the chicken it fried on Easter it made my life much easier. and my family and friends very happy and satisfy.

Paid for new and received used
I ordered and paid for a new fryer (not used) and it looks like I received a used item. It had a few scratches and smudges all over and some white paper glued on the bottom of the legs. I’m very disappointed to say the least.

I use this product 3-5 times a week. During the holidays even more. My wife owns a catering business and makes fried appetizers. Sometimes we get orders that include up to 200 pieces. It works great and gets the job done. Sometimes I feel we need an extra one.Would like the ability to buy an extra tank that would make filtering oil for extra uses easier. Or an update version that comes with a filter would be great!
