Easy Peasey Casserole Breakfast!
Mostly used for Breakfast on Easter Sunday at my church. Three guys prep and make Easter breakfast for 120. We use eight of these disposable pans on Saturday morning to mix eggs, hash browns, shredded cheese, cottage cheese, corn flakes, milk, salt & pepper, hot sauce, and a few other spices. The eight pans are stored in our church refrigerator overnight and at 7:30am on Easter, we pop them into the oven at 350 degrees for about 90 minutes. Everything is served at 9:00 (between early sunrise service at 8:00am and our regular service at 10:30). These pans make cleanup a breeze and if a few servings of egg casserole are left over, the pans are great for storing the leftovers!
