I love using my electric roasting pan but I sure don't like cleaning it. These roasting pan liner bags solve that problem for me. They're thick enough to use for brining a turkey and for roasting a turkey or other meat in the electric roaster. I'll be getting someore when these run out!
Dont buy melts when u don't even have it at 300 degree. Ruined my roaster and Thanksgiving turkey
I wanted to like these because I’m always looking for ways to make cleanup easier, but in practice these felt like more hassle than they’re worth.The liners are extremely thin and come with a lot of very specific restrictions. You have to add water underneath, preheat carefully, make sure the liner doesn’t touch the sides, avoid certain foods, and generally monitor it pretty closely. At that point, it didn’t feel like a convenient solution anymore.Because of how many limitations there are and how delicate the material feels, I never really felt comfortable using these the way I normally would with a liner. For something that’s supposed to simplify cooking and cleanup, it ended up adding more steps and more worry than I want.They may work for very specific use cases if you’re willing to follow all the instructions exactly, but for me I’ll be sticking with proven liner brands that feel sturdier and easier to use.
Yay for easy cleanup! What could you possibly not like about these? Roasting pans are so huge, cleanup is always a bit of a challenge, especially if you don’t have industrial size sinks. Just use one of these and you’ll barely have to do more than a quick wipe. Easy peasy.
I have liners for my slow cookers, which make clean up a breeze. These are supposed to do the same for my countertop electric roaster.They are quite thin which they seem to acknowledge in the instructions as you're not to lift contents out by the bag and wait for it to cool down before removing. Additionally, it can not directly touch the edges of the pan - Instructions say put water in the bottom and not to place the liner in until it has come to full heat - 350 degrees max.Because of this, they may not be appropriate for all items
Really like that there are 10 liners in the set! Easy to use on a few different size roasters. I used one with 2 chickens tonight and had really easy clean up. I placed some water under the bag as it said, but I didn’t preheat as I didn’t need to for the chickens. Didn’t have any issues with sticking after 4hrs of cook time. These bags are thick and strong enough to hold up to some serious cooking!
This is just what I need for easier holiday cleanup. I use thee all the time in my crockpot and look forward to using these for Thanksgiving turkey. This will also make it a lot easier to collect the turkey drippings for gravy!
